The Mentorship Team strives to support students academically, socially, and professionally. In particular, the VP Mentorship and Leading Mentors collaborate to create socials for the mentors and mentees in the program, as well as opportunities to network and gain more insight on various resources and opportunities that are available to students. Overall, the UTMPLO Mentorship Program works to assist UTM students in first or second year in their transition into university life.
